Victoria, Australia At the end of a magical sunny day in the peaceful surrounds of the Australian high country, I shot this whimsical essay of Wallace’s Hut, a classic bush shack. I sat the afternoon out in the shadows of the gnarled snow gums to see how the last rays of sun would enhance the scene. The dappled trunks came alive with the illumination of sunset and provided a perfect frame for the rustic mood of the old hut. The hut has since been destroyed in a bushfire.
